Miraxil Refund Policy

At Miraxil, we want you to feel confident trying our pearl-based deodorant. Because Miraxil is a personal-care product, we keep our return policy simple, fair, and hygiene-conscious.

30-Day First Bottle Promise

If this is your first Miraxil order and you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected]

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Store credit
  • A refund to your original payment method

This promise applies to one bottle per customer, household, or shipping address.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Returns for Unopened Products

Unopened and unused Miraxil products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, the product must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned with proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, damage, or a defective product.

Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected.

Opened Product Returns

For hygiene and product safety reasons, we generally do not accept physical returns of opened or used personal-care products.

For first-time customers, our 30-Day First Bottle Promise may still apply without requiring the opened product to be mailed back.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Empty or nearly empty products
  • Repeat purchases where the product has been opened or used
  • Orders reported more than 30 days after delivery
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or final-sale items
  • Shipping fees for expedited shipping, if applicable

Refund Timing

Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Abuse Prevention

Miraxil reserves the right to refuse refunds, replacements, or credits if we detect policy abuse, excessive refund requests, or fraudulent activity.
