U.S. Shipping Policy

All last mile deliveries are handled by USPS (United States Postal Service).

To ensure successful delivery, your last name must appear on your mailbox or mail receptacle. This helps USPS verify delivery addresses and avoid returned or undeliverable packages.

If your mailbox does not currently display your last name, we strongly recommend updating it prior to placing an order to prevent any delays or issues with your shipment.

Processing Time

Please note that estimated ship times do not include fulfillment time. All orders are processed from Mesa, Arizona, within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Delivery estimates are not a guarantee. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, and they cannot be disputed.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories may experience longer shipping times.

Shipping for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Important Shipping Information for U.S. Customers

• PO Box Deliveries: Please do not select UPS Standard as the carrier for delivery to USPS PO Box. UPS does not deliver to USPS PO Boxes; using it for such addresses will result in delivery failure. For USPS PO Box deliveries, please choose USPS at checkout. We cannot re-route a parcel after dispatch as they don't provide us the option. You must contact UPS to explore your options. If you did not adhere to this policy and your order is returned to Super Deodorant, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the package resent. You will lose your total purchase value if the package is not returned to us.

• Complete Address Required: To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. This includes any apartment, suite, or unit numbers - it does not matter if you have had success in the past with an incomplete address. If the address you entered is incorrect or incomplete, Super Deodorant cannot be held responsible.  If the package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay the additional shipping fees to have the item resent.

Missing package reported as Delivered by USPS

If your package's tracking status reads "Delivered," please check both your house mailbox and USPS mail locker. Also, look around your property or check with your neighbour. If it is still missing, please email us - [email protected]. We will be able to recover it for you. This process can take up to 7 business days. If you choose this option, please be patient. We will make it right.
